Role Overview

The Customer Service & Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences for Telstra customers. By combining a consultative sales approach with outstanding customer service, the consultant identifies the right products and services to enhance each customer’s telecommunications journey.

This role offers continual learning opportunities in the latest technologies and devices, helping consultants stay ahead and deliver meaningful solutions to customers every day.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Customer Connection & Service Excellence
    • Build rapport with new and existing customers.
    • Deliver a seamless and positive in-store customer journey.
  2. Sales & Solution Consultation
    • Develop customised solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Continuous Learning & Growth
    • Stay updated on Telstra products, services, and emerging technology.
    • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance expertise.
  4. Team Contribution & Collaboration
    • Support store operations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
