Candidate Guidelines

Keep your profile, resume, location and work-eligibility information accurate. Review each job’s eligible geography, employment/opportunity type, compensation, application method and verification status before applying.

Application routes

Applications may be submitted on WorkinVirtual, on an employer website or by an employer email. Confirm the destination domain and never pay an employer or recruiter to obtain a job. Never share passwords, one-time codes, full card data or unnecessary identity documents.

Screening and AI

Answer job-related screening honestly. AI or assessment tools may assist but must not be the sole final hiring decision. Request human support or an alternative process if needed.

Messages and outcomes

Transactional email and in-app updates may include application receipts, messages, interviews and professional outcome notices. Optional browser push, job alerts and marketing can be managed separately in Manage Subscriptions.
