About the Role
Giga Energy is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts across critical business functions. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting and focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent that can contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
As a strategic recruiting partner, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, source high-quality candidates, and manage recruitment processes from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
This position is ideal for recruiting professionals who enjoy solving difficult hiring challenges, building talent pipelines, and helping organizations attract top performers in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage recruitment processes from job intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
- Develop recruiting strategies for technical, operational, and business positions
- Coordinate interviews and candidate evaluations
- Drive efficient and effective hiring processes
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
- Build targeted candidate pipelines using sourcing tools and networking strategies
- Conduct market research and talent mapping initiatives
- Develop outreach campaigns that attract qualified professionals
- Maintain talent pools for recurring and future hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions and hiring strategies
- Collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning initiatives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
- Help align recruiting efforts with business priorities
- Build strong relationships across departments
Talent Assessment & Candidate Experience
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and long-term potential
- Facilitate structured interview processes
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
- Support fair and consistent hiring practices
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Recruiting Operations & Analytics
- Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline performance
- Track sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates
- Identify process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems
- Support reporting and workforce planning activities
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Background hiring for manufacturing, operations, or supply chain positions
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup recruiting experience
- Experience working in both agency and in-house recruiting environments
- Background hiring for highly specialized or competitive positions
- Experience developing interview frameworks and scorecards
- Knowledge of workforce planning and talent strategy
- Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations
