About the Role

Huge is seeking an experienced SVP of Growth to lead and scale its outbound business development strategy. This executive-level position is responsible for building a proactive growth engine that consistently generates high-value opportunities and expands the company’s client portfolio.

As the leader of outbound growth initiatives, you will design prospecting strategies, establish scalable sales processes, develop qualification frameworks, and engage directly with senior decision-makers across target industries. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development execution.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound business development strategy
  • Build scalable prospecting frameworks and sales playbooks
  • Define target market segments and ideal customer profiles
  • Create repeatable processes that drive consistent pipeline generation
  • Identify opportunities for new client acquisition across priority industries

Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified business opportunities
  • Establish prospecting programs that support long-term revenue growth
  • Implement outreach strategies that engage senior business leaders
  • Maintain visibility into pipeline performance and forecasting
  • Drive new logo acquisition and business expansion efforts

Executive Relationship Building

  • Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
  • Lead early-stage conversations with prospective clients
  • Understand business challenges and identify areas where Huge can create value
  • Build trusted relationships that support long-term business opportunities
  • Represent the company in strategic growth discussions

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee CRM management, reporting, and forecasting processes
  • Establish qualification standards and conversion benchmarks
  • Analyze pipeline metrics and sales performance data
  • Improve sales efficiency through process optimization
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the growth organization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, strategy, creative, and delivery teams
  • Align growth initiatives with broader go-to-market objectives
  • Support account-based marketing and demand generation efforts
  • Ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to proposal and pitch stages
  • Collaborate on thought leadership and market positioning initiatives

Leadership & Team Development

  • Promote a proactive and performance-driven sales culture
  • Mentor and support business development professionals
  • Develop scalable growth processes and best practices
  • Contribute to organizational growth strategy
  • Help build long-term business development capabilities

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of outbound sales and business development experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth in agencies, consultancies, or technology services organizations
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies
  • Experience using CRM systems, automation tools, and sales technology platforms
  • Strong forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales performance and optimization
  • Leadership experience managing growth-focused teams
