Employer Guidelines

Updated: 11 August 2026

Employers must publish accurate, current and lawful opportunities, identify the company and application route, and state remote scope, eligible locations, opportunity/employment type and compensation when available.

Applications and screening

Use WorkinVirtual, the employer website or an employer-controlled email route. Screening questions must be job-related, proportionate and transparent. Knockout questions, assessments and AI interviews must not unlawfully discriminate and cannot replace accountable human hiring review.

Candidate data

Use profiles and applications only for legitimate recruitment, limit access, do not sell or scrape candidate data, and remove it when no longer needed. Report a breach or suspected scam promptly.

Listings and edits

Material changes may trigger re-review. Expired, filled, misleading, fee-charging or unsafe listings may be paused or removed. Performance reports measure listing activity but do not guarantee applications or hires.
