About the Role
FTI is seeking an experienced Product Project Manager to lead product development and solution delivery initiatives across multiple business units. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through commercialization.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Lead projects from initiation through successful completion
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments
- Monitor project performance against schedule, scope, and budget goals
- Ensure projects meet quality and performance expectations
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners
- Communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and status reports
- Facilitate decision-making and maintain alignment across stakeholders
- Support executive leadership with project visibility and reporting
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets ranging from approximately $50,000 to $1 million
- Develop forecasts and monitor project expenditures
- Allocate resources effectively to support project objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Risk & Process Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests and project scope adjustments
- Promote standardized project management methodologies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
- Mentor project contributors and fellow project managers
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and strong communication
- Encourage a culture of innovation and problem-solving
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Management, Analytics, or a related field
- 5–10 years of project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional business and technical projects
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering projects using structured project methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with stage-gate product development processes
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience
- Solution Delivery Process (SDP) experience
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale projects
- Background working with engineering, manufacturing, or technology-driven organizations
