AI Usage Policy
Updated: 11 August 2026
WorkinVirtual uses AI as an assistant, not an autonomous employer, support authority or final decision-maker.
Where AI may assist
- Support triage, suggested answers and creation of human tickets for billing, security, privacy, scam or account issues.
- Job and article drafting, classification, quality checks and matching explanations.
- Optional structured interview preparation or employer-configured assessments with disclosure.
Human control
AI must not make the final hire, rejection, refund, legal, medical, immigration, credit or account-security decision. A user may request human support. Employers remain responsible for fair, lawful recruitment and must provide an alternative where automated participation is not appropriate or legally permitted.
Data and safety
Do not enter passwords, full card data, identity documents, medical information or protected-trait information into the assistant. We minimize prompts, restrict access and retain support records only as needed. AI output may be wrong; verify important facts against the linked primary source.
