Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our elite team. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging with business owners, diagnosing their challenges, and articulating the immense value of our SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and engage with high-quality inbound leads across various verticals (e.g., Healthcare, Home Services, Professional Services).

  • Master and communicate our value proposition to confidently pitch our digital marketing and SaaS solutions via phone, email, and social channels.

  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to schedule high-intent discovery calls for our Senior Sales Executives.

  • Utilize CRM tools to meticulously manage your pipeline, track all activities, and execute structured outreach sequences.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients through persistent, value-driven follow-up communication.

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week during U.S. Eastern or Central business hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Ideal Candidate):
