Position Summary

The Regional Vice President and General Manager for the Central Region is responsible for the full ownership of regional performance. This executive leader drives revenue expansion, market share growth, and operational excellence across a broad multi-state territory. At the same time, the role demands direct involvement with a geographically distributed sales organization, customers, and agents.

In addition, the leader converts enterprise strategy into regional execution plans, measurable priorities, and disciplined performance tracking. Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Finance ensures obstacles are removed and results remain sustainable.

Territory Coverage Includes:
North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas.

Regional Business Leadership

The General Manager oversees full regional profit and loss performance across Retail Money Transfer and Consumer Services products. Strategic direction aligns with company objectives, while global initiatives are introduced and managed at the regional level when applicable.

Distribution and Market Expansion

The role strengthens agent networks and distribution coverage, accelerating regional growth. As a result, market presence expands in alignment with broader corporate strategy.

Sales Strategy and Performance Management

The leader establishes effective sales plans and performance targets. Furthermore, resource allocation matches organizational priorities and team capabilities to drive accountability and execution.

Regulatory and Operational Oversight

Candidate Background

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience, ideally within retail payments
  • Demonstrated ownership of profit and loss management
  • Strong background in financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to develop and execute pricing strategies based on competitive and customer insights
  • Consistent record of driving sales momentum and performance improvement
  • Sales management experience, including compensation planning and performance metrics
  • Go to market expertise, including pricing and prospecting strategy

Education

Relevant academic qualifications aligned with business, finance, or related disciplines are valued.
