Position Summary
The Head of Business Lending in Life Management plays a strategic leadership role within the Commercial Management and Credit Strategy function. The position focuses on strengthening business lending performance through decision-making, proactive risk management, and continuous innovation.
This role contributes directly to portfolio health, regulatory alignment, and enhanced customer experience across the business lending lifecycle. Moreover, it connects senior leadership, risk, compliance, and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
