Key Responsibilities

The Program Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting Xylem Innovation Labs’ strategic innovation initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Program Coordination: Managing multiple programs, standardizing processes, and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Scheduling and Program Maintenance: Developing and maintaining schedules for the Xylem Partnerships Accelerator program.
  • Seminar Coordination: Planning and organizing speaker events, including preparation and logistics.
  • Presentation Development and Facilitation: Creating and delivering engaging presentations on program updates.
  • Marketing Materials Development: Designing marketing graphics to promote Xylem Innovation Labs programs.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing virtual and in-person events to foster an innovation culture.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process enhancements for programs.
  • Reporting and Team Support: Providing support to the Partnerships Accelerator Lead and Xylem Innovation Labs operations.
  • Operations: Assisting with budget management, procurement, vendor relations, and document management.
  • Administrative Support: Providing support to the VP of Innovation, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Building relationships with external vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of professional experience in program management, office management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
  • Strong teamwork and innovation mindset.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
