About the Role
Hypersonix is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to help transform business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. This position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career analytics professionals who want to build expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, machine learning applications, and customer-focused analytics projects.
In this role, you will work alongside implementation teams, data engineers, data scientists, and customers to develop analytical solutions that support business decision-making. You will help organize, validate, analyze, and present data while contributing to the development of dashboards and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business data and translate requirements into actionable insights
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support decision-making
- Interpret analytical and machine learning outputs for business users
- Prepare findings and recommendations for internal teams and customers
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets
Dashboard & Business Intelligence Development
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards
- Create visual reports that simplify complex information
- Support the development of data-driven performance tracking systems
- Ensure reporting outputs meet customer requirements and business goals
- Improve dashboard usability and effectiveness
Data Validation & Quality Assurance
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources
- Coordinate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality
- Review analytical outputs before delivery to customers
- Compare results against business expectations and control metrics
- Assist with testing and quality assurance activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with implementation teams, data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists
- Support project delivery timelines and customer expectations
- Gather business requirements and convert them into reporting needs
- Contribute to discussions around data models and analytical solutions
- Participate in customer-facing presentations and insight reviews
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience using Python, R, or a similar data analysis language
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights
- Understanding of business intelligence and data visualization concepts
- Experience building dashboards using BI tools
- Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage project responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
