The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Asset Management industry and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an AM Tech target operating model aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Establish a robust performance and governance framework for the global AM Tech division.
- Drive the AM Tech strategy and transformation roadmap, including post-CSAM integration.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead strategic planning and mobilization for the AM target operating model and technology architecture.
- Support the holistic AI strategy for Asset Management.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Prepare and present materials for stakeholder meetings.
