About the Role
Creative Force is seeking a Sales Representative to help introduce prospective customers to its software solutions and guide them through the purchasing journey. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship building, and helping organizations understand how Creative Force’s products can solve real business challenges.
As a member of the global sales team, you will engage with qualified prospects, conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and support opportunities from initial conversations through successful customer onboarding.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy technology, communication, and helping customers make informed decisions. Previous SaaS sales experience is valuable, but equally important are curiosity, empathy, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Engage with prospective customers and understand their business needs
- Identify how company solutions can provide value and solve challenges
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations
- Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Build strong customer relationships based on trust and transparency
- Maintain an organized and healthy sales pipeline
Product & Industry Expertise
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
- Confidently answer customer questions and provide product guidance
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer challenges
- Communicate product benefits clearly and effectively
- Continuously improve knowledge of SaaS sales practices
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, customer support, and product teams
- Share customer feedback and market insights
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes
- Support company growth initiatives and team objectives
- Participate in regular team meetings and collaboration activities
Performance & Growth
- Meet or exceed performance goals and customer engagement targets
- Utilize modern sales technology and CRM tools effectively
- Track customer interactions and sales activities accurately
- Continuously refine communication and sales skills
- Contribute to long-term business growth and customer success
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Must reside within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, or Africa)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm for technology and software solutions
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within SaaS or software companies
- Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Experience conducting online product demonstrations
