As the leader of the SAP Strategic Customer Program, the Managing Partner coordinates a cross-functional extended account team. Therefore, all customer interactions follow a unified and consistent approach.
Governance and Performance Alignment
The professional establishes multi-level governance structures. These frameworks align SAP teams, partners, and customer leadership to ensure measurable business impact and value realization.
Growth and Portfolio Expansion
