About the Role
SiteCare is looking for an experienced Client Success Advisor to manage relationships with a portfolio of business clients using its managed WordPress services. This full-time remote position is ideal for professionals who enjoy building long-term client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, leading regular business reviews, providing strategic recommendations, and working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll also help clients maximize the value of their services while identifying opportunities for account growth when appropriate.
This opportunity is well suited to someone with experience in client success, account management, or digital agency environments who understands WordPress services and enjoys working with customers in a consultative role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business client accounts and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Lead scheduled client meetings with performance updates and strategic recommendations.
- Review website performance, security, accessibility, and SEO improvements with clients.
- Identify opportunities for service upgrades, additional projects, and account expansion.
- Monitor account usage and discuss plan adjustments when appropriate.
- Work closely with support, development, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Address client concerns professionally and resolve issues before they impact satisfaction.
- Manage conversations related to service scope, pricing, renewals, and account changes.
- Monitor client health and proactively identify potential risks.
- Maintain ownership of the overall client experience throughout every engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 48+ months of experience managing client relationships within a B2B service, agency, or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress websites and related web technologies.
- Experience managing customer accounts and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, renewals, service upgrades, and project scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment during U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with managed WordPress services.
- Understanding of website performance, SEO, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market business clients.
