Lead multi-million dollar SAP S/4HANA transformations for a top global consultancy. We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to architect and deliver high-stakes digital transformations for enterprise clients.

We are seeking an elite Senior Project Manager, SAP Solutions to take strategic ownership of our most critical SAP engagements. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will be the principal advisor to clients, the architect of program strategy, and the driver of delivery excellence for full-lifecycle SAP implementations. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, executive presence, and a proven track record of navigating complex, large-scale transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end management of complex, multi-million dollar SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with Argano’s strategic vision and client business objectives.

• Contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy, identify new opportunities, and help secure contracts to expand Argano’s SAP footprint.

• Cultivate and manage C-level stakeholder relationships, positioning yourself as the trusted principal advisor on SAP digital transformation.

• Stay at the forefront of SAP industry trends and technological advancements, informing Argano’s offerings and strategy.

• Motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and developers to ensure seamless project execution and a culture of excellence.

• Apply deep hands-on experience with the SAP Activate methodology to guide projects from blueprinting through deployment and hypercare.

• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, manage budgets exceeding $1M+, and uphold Argano’s stringent quality standards across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex, full-lifecycle SAP projects.

• Direct experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including a minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Demonstrated, practical experience applying the methodology across end-to-end implementations.

• Experience across various industries (Manufacturing, CPG, Life Sciences, etc.) and familiarity with integrated ERP/CRM technology landscapes.

• Outstanding analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar industry certifications.

• Deep pre-sales and business development experience within SAP consulting.
