Program Structure
Participants join a cohort of curious and motivated graduates. Each individual completes two six-month rotations. Every rotation introduces a new technology stack, product group, or industry challenge. During the program, graduates receive hands-on assignments, personalized learning paths, and access to strong mentorship and networking support.
The structure helps candidates discover where their skills and interests align within SAP. Before the program concludes, each participant is reviewed for long-term placement. Historically, most graduates secure roles within the teams they explored.

Minimum Requirements
- Education or practical experience related to Software Development, Engineering, IT, or Design. SAP welcomes applicants from bachelor’s, master’s, community college, and coding bootcamp programs.
- Graduation date no later than 2026.
- A maximum of two years of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work from Budapest.
Role-Specific Skills
Applicants for a developer-focused rotation should demonstrate familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, R, Java, JavaScript, Python, React, HTML, Spring Boot, APIs, and Go. Any hands-on experience in designing or testing applications is valuable. Knowledge of Docker and Linux adds further advantage.
