Role Summary

Visa seeks an Implementation Analyst to support digital campaign services and client-focused initiatives. The role contributes to project onboarding, campaign setup, and digital service delivery. Therefore, the analyst ensures that both client expectations and internal performance standards are consistently achieved.

This position sits within Product and Project Management and involves coordination across technical teams, clients, and operational stakeholders. The analyst manages projects of standard to moderate complexity while maintaining high service quality.

Core Responsibility Areas

Digital Campaign and Service Delivery

The analyst supports onboarding activities for Visa Campaign Services and other digital programs. Furthermore, the role ensures the smooth setup of new campaigns while minimizing any client disruption.

Project Coordination and Execution

The analyst operates as Project Lead for various internal and client initiatives. In addition, the role manages project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet agreed commitments.

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

The role requires direct coordination with client institutions and processors. At the same time, the analyst works closely with internal Visa teams to align technical and operational requirements.

Operational Support and Change Management

The analyst manages both routine and non-routine processing requests and change activities. Moreover, the role supports client initiatives by resolving issues via internal ticket-tracking systems.

Documentation and Reporting

The analyst prepares and maintains detailed project plans, status reports, and issue logs in accordance with Visa Global Implementation Policy standards. Weekly updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes are shared with management.

Process Improvement

The role involves proactively identifying opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency. In addition, the analyst updates internal support documentation to assist both internal and external stakeholders.

Professional Conduct

The analyst takes ownership of assigned workflows, meets deadlines, and resolves problems independently when required. Collaboration with team members remains essential. The role also reflects Visa Leadership Principles in daily work.

Education and Experience

Required

A Bachelor’s degree, along with at least two years of relevant work experience. An advanced degree, such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD, may also meet this requirement.

Preferred

Three or more years of experience in a related occupation supported by a Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is 84,780 CAD to 133,650 CAD per year, which includes annual bonus or incentive payments.
