About the Role
Reveleer is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with enterprise healthcare customers and help them achieve long-term success using the company’s technology platform.
In this role, you will guide customers throughout their entire journey—from implementation and onboarding to adoption, renewals, and account growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, analytics, and implementation teams to resolve challenges, improve customer outcomes, and ensure clients receive maximum value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned healthcare customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business objectives.
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation support, and ongoing success planning.
- Coordinate customer meetings, project timelines, and progress updates.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify potential risks or improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Track customer requests, product feedback, and enhancement opportunities.
- Analyze customer adoption trends and recommend strategies that increase platform usage and business value.
- Conduct regular business reviews and renewal planning discussions.
- Advocate internally for customer needs while supporting continuous product improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and project management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Consulting, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience working with enterprise software or technology solutions.
- Healthcare industry experience with providers, payers, healthcare technology, or related organizations.
- Strong understanding of project coordination and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM and project management platforms.
