Customer Advocacy Marketing Intern – AI & Customer Storytelling
Cribl is seeking a Customer Advocacy Intern for a 12-week remote internship designed to provide practical experience in customer marketing, advocacy programs, content operations, and AI-enabled workflow development. Working approximately 35 hours per week, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help transform customer success stories into valuable resources that support marketing, sales, events, and go-to-market initiatives.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern customer advocacy practices while developing practical AI skills that help streamline marketing operations and improve customer-led growth strategies.
Job Overview
The Customer Advocacy Intern will help organize customer success content, improve customer reference data, support advocacy programs, and contribute to AI-driven workflow improvements. You will work closely with advocacy, marketing, and go-to-market teams while learning how customer stories are managed, activated, and reused throughout the organization.
The internship also provides opportunities to prototype AI workflows, improve internal processes, support customer speaker programs, and gain experience working across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize customer stories, testimonials, quotes, and case studies for easy discovery by marketing and sales teams.
- Convert customer content into structured snippets, prompts, templates, and reusable assets that support AI and large language model workflows.
- Maintain and enhance customer reference information within Salesforce.
- Update customer metadata including products, industries, use cases, and reference eligibility.
- Analyze manual marketing processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
- Prototype AI workflows supporting customer advocate identification and case study development.
- Assist with customer speaker coordination and event preparation for CriblCon.
- Document and improve internal advocacy workflows.
- Help go-to-market teams locate and activate customer proof throughout daily business activities.
- Collaborate with advocacy, marketing, and related business teams to expand customer storytelling programs.
