About the Role

Binance is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager – Digital Payments to help expand the adoption of Binance Pay across international markets. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with merchants, payment providers, financial institutions, and enterprise customers while supporting the continued growth of Binance’s payment ecosystem.

You will lead the full business development lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and negotiating commercial agreements to coordinating onboarding and supporting successful partner launches. Working closely with product, legal, compliance, marketing, and regional teams, you will help drive long-term business growth in the rapidly evolving digital payments industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with merchants, payment service providers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Manage the complete business development process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive decision-makers and enterprise clients.
  • Develop regional growth strategies that increase merchant adoption and payment transaction volume.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Integration teams to deliver successful customer implementations.
  • Monitor partner performance and recommend strategies that improve business growth and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new payment products and services.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and partnership reporting.
  • Achieve business development targets while supporting the continued expansion of the Binance Pay ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Payment Solutions.
  • Experience working with financial services, payment providers, fintech companies, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex commercial discussions.
  • Experience building relationships with senior executives and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, or digital commerce.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
