About the Role

Coupa is seeking an experienced Executive Customer Success Partner to build trusted executive relationships with some of its largest enterprise customers. This strategic role focuses on helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments while supporting long-term business transformation.

You will serve as the primary executive advisor for assigned accounts, working closely with customer leadership, internal teams, and product specialists to ensure successful adoption, measurable business outcomes, and continued account growth.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in enterprise customer success, consulting, or digital transformation who enjoy working directly with executive stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Create customer success strategies aligned with each organization’s long-term business objectives.
  • Guide customers through digital transformation initiatives using Coupa’s business spend management solutions.
  • Monitor customer success metrics and ensure measurable return on investment.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and governance meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, implementation, support, product, and consulting.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption through additional products and services.
  • Provide strategic guidance that helps customers improve procurement, sourcing, and financial operations.
  • Represent customer feedback internally to influence future product enhancements.
  • Support account retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Enterprise Consulting, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive advisory skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical technology solutions.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
