About the Role

Vidalytics is seeking an experienced AI Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth. This remote position is ideal for marketers who enjoy testing new ideas, analyzing campaign data, and scaling successful advertising strategies across multiple channels.

You’ll manage paid campaigns from planning through optimization, working closely with copywriters, designers, developers, and conversion specialists to improve every stage of the customer journey. Rather than focusing only on clicks or impressions, you’ll be responsible for improving the complete marketing funnel—from the first advertisement to final conversion.

The company is looking for someone who embraces modern AI-powered marketing workflows and continuously explores new tools that improve productivity, campaign performance, and creative development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
  • Support growth initiatives on Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels where appropriate.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and conversion optimization specialists to improve landing pages and marketing funnels.
  • Develop and test new advertising creatives, messaging strategies, hooks, and calls-to-action.
  • Build audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and related marketing technologies.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Research emerging AI tools and marketing technologies that improve campaign efficiency and results.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with monthly budgets of $15,000 or more.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience working with AI-powered productivity and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing tracking technologies including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Previous work in SaaS, digital products, online education, or high-ticket marketing.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
