SAP Integration Manager – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Remote USA)
Tarkett Sports is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Manager to lead the enterprise integration strategy for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This hands-on position combines solution architecture, integration development, technical governance, and collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and API-first integration landscape.
You will serve as the organization’s internal SAP integration authority, providing technical oversight to the System Integrator while building long-term internal integration capabilities. This full-time remote position is open across the United States, with preference for candidates located in Georgia or the Atlanta area.
Job Overview
This role is responsible for defining SAP integration architecture, establishing enterprise integration standards, developing reusable integration solutions, and ensuring SAP integrations remain secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. You will work across multiple enterprise platforms while supporting the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise integration architecture, governance, standards, and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Create reusable integration patterns, templates, naming standards, security policies, monitoring processes, and transport strategies.
- Review SAP Business Accelerator Hub content before approving custom integration development.
- Promote API-first and clean-core integration practices using SAP-approved OData and SOAP APIs.
- Review and approve System Integrator integration designs, iFlows, and technical decisions.
- Configure and manage SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Cloud Connector, SAP BTP subaccounts, Destination Service, and Credential Store.
- Develop complex integrations, reusable iFlows, and Groovy-based transformation logic.
- Integrate SAP with Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Procore, Vertex, and internal business applications.
- Manage enterprise authentication using OAuth2, API keys, certificates, and secure connectivity.
- Lead integration testing, cutover activities, hypercare support, monitoring, and production readiness.
- Create and maintain integration documentation, operational procedures, inventories, and support models.
Required Qualifications
- 84+ months of SAP integration experience, including at least one SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC implementation (greenfield implementation preferred).
- 36+ months of hands-on SAP Integration Suite (CPI) development experience building production iFlows.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration principles and API-first architecture.
- Experience using SAP Business Accelerator Hub and standard SAP integration content.
- Hands-on experience with OData V2/V4, REST, SOAP, and IDoc integrations.
- Advanced Groovy scripting experience for SAP CPI transformation and routing logic.
- Experience configuring SAP Cloud Connector, SAP BTP subaccounts, Destination Service, and Credential Store.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, API security, enterprise certificates, and integration security practices.
- Experience establishing integration standards, governance processes, and operational support frameworks.
- Experience reviewing System Integrator designs and enforcing technical quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW with SAP).
- Experience with SAP API Management, Event Mesh, or Advanced Event Mesh.
- Knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines for SAP CPI.
- Hands-on integration experience with Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Procore, or Vertex.
- Experience supporting Boomi migration or coexistence strategies.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP BTP side-by-side extension development.
- Background working in manufacturing, construction, or project-based industries.

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. Preference is given to candidates located in Georgia or the Atlanta area. The position requires extensive travel throughout the United States and Canada.
