About the Role
Creative Force is looking for an experienced Remote SaaS Product Support Specialist to join its growing customer support team serving clients across the EMEA region. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and helping organizations get the most value from cloud-based software.
In this role, you’ll support users across two SaaS platforms by answering technical questions, troubleshooting issues, conducting online meetings, and helping customers successfully adopt product features. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to improve the overall customer experience while contributing valuable feedback based on real client interactions.
This is a fully remote opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in distributed teams, enjoy continuous learning, and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across different countries and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line customer support through email, support tickets, phone, and online meetings.
- Build in-depth knowledge of the company’s SaaS products to deliver accurate technical guidance.
- Host one-on-one onboarding sessions and customer consultations via Zoom.
- Investigate technical issues by testing different scenarios before providing solutions.
- Work with engineering teams to report bugs, monitor progress, and communicate updates to customers.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and share product improvement suggestions with internal teams.
- Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused support throughout every interaction.
- Build strong long-term relationships by providing reliable and transparent communication.
- Stay organized while managing multiple customer requests and support workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS customer support or a similar client-facing position.
- Must be located within the UTC+1 or UTC+2 time zone.
- Native-level English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, software integrations, development environments, databases, and version control concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable leading several virtual customer meetings each day.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working successfully in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience onboarding SaaS customers.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and customer support platforms.
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
