About the Role

OpenRouter is looking for an experienced Remote AI Customer Success Manager to help enterprise customers maximize the value of their AI investments. This role combines customer success, technical consulting, and commercial account management, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working with innovative technology and strategic business relationships.

You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them adopt AI solutions successfully, improve platform usage, and achieve measurable business outcomes while supporting long-term account growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and serve as their primary success partner.
  • Develop customer success strategies that increase product adoption and long-term engagement.
  • Understand customer AI initiatives and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
  • Monitor customer usage trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and optimization.
  • Lead business reviews, success planning sessions, and ROI discussions with executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
  • Translate technical platform capabilities into clear business value for customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities to internal teams.
  • Support customer renewals, account expansion, and long-term partnership development.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and success metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working with AI platforms, developer tools, cloud technologies, or API-based software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software adoption and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for increased product usage.
  • Experience managing commercial conversations including renewals and account growth.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
