About the Role
Kraken is seeking an experienced Remote Trading Platform Account Executive to drive new business opportunities for its Trading-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform. This position is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a strong background in financial technology, enterprise software, or capital markets.
You’ll own the complete sales process—from identifying prospects and building relationships to negotiating agreements and supporting successful customer onboarding. Working closely with internal product, engineering, compliance, and legal teams, you’ll help organizations integrate advanced trading infrastructure into their products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, and technology organizations.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with executive decision-makers and strategic stakeholders.
- Present enterprise trading infrastructure solutions tailored to customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and customer success teams throughout the sales process.
- Help customers launch secure trading and investment capabilities using API-based platform solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support future product improvements.
- Represent the company during industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, fintech, financial services, or capital markets.
- Proven success managing complex B2B sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial technology platforms, embedded finance, trading infrastructure, or brokerage solutions.
- Experience developing executive-level relationships and negotiating enterprise agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities while working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
