Role Summary
The position supports Telstra’s retail operations in Werribee. The consultant guides customers, improves in-store experience, and drives sales outcomes. Furthermore, the role strengthens daily store performance amid expanding customer needs.

1. Customer Support and Service Clarity
The consultant delivers clear product guidance and helps customers choose suitable plans or devices. They support in-store navigation and ensure each visit feels helpful and straightforward.
2. Retail Team Coordination
They work closely with store staff to maintain flow, check stock, and manage service queries, help meet store targets, and contribute to shared goals.
3. Sales, Delivery, and Product Knowledge
Stay up to date with new devices and services. They use consultative selling methods to reach KPIs and support Telstra’s retail growth.
4. Daily Store Operations
The candidate must use internal retail platforms to process transactions, handle purchases, upgrades, and service requests, and help maintain a consistent customer experience across the store.
5. Community and Brand Support
They represent Telstra as a trusted guide for tech and connectivity needs. Also, their work strengthens customer trust and supports Telstra’s brand values.
6. In-Store Experience Enhancement
They must help improve flow, check Customer Edge cases, and ensure customers receive hands-on support.

The candidate must participate in training programs and keep pace with new tools, offers, and systems to better serve customers.
