Senior Salesforce Administrator – Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Snapscale is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize its Salesforce platform in a fully remote role based in India. This position focuses on maintaining a mature Salesforce ecosystem, improving automation, supporting business operations, and ensuring reliable integrations across multiple business systems.
You will work closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, and IT to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and user experience.
Job Overview
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. You’ll manage platform configuration, security, automation, reporting, integrations, deployments, and ongoing platform improvements while ensuring data quality and business continuity.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges using Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, reporting, API integrations, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Manage users, permission sets, profiles, security roles, and sharing settings.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flow automations, including record-triggered, scheduled, screen, and HTTP callout flows.
- Support migration from legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales pipelines, operational performance, and subscription metrics.
- Administer case management processes, assignment rules, and customer service workflows.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and connected platforms including NetSuite, Celigo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Dialpad, PDF Butler, Apollo, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Configure and troubleshoot API and webhook-based integrations.
- Support deployments across sandbox and production environments using Change Sets, Metadata API, and Salesforce CLI.
- Maintain data quality through validation rules, audits, deduplication, and continuous process improvements.
- Provide end-user support, documentation, knowledge sharing, and platform training.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 months of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce Flow automation.
- Experience administering both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience managing third-party integrations using APIs and webhooks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, permissions, roles, and sharing models.
- Experience building business reports and executive dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite using Celigo or integrator.io.
- Experience working with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Dialpad, Apollo, PDF Butler, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes using Metadata API and Salesforce CLI.
- Experience supporting SaaS subscription metrics including MRR, ARR, and churn reporting.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve Salesforce administration and operational workflows.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience within SaaS, healthcare, marketing, or agency environments.
- Knowledge of RevOps processes and low-code or no-code automation best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
