Role Summary
The role of Senior Executive – Operational Excellence is focused on driving Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across the Goa plant. The position is instrumental in optimizing processes, transferring best practices, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to achieve efficiency and growth.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Lean & Six Sigma Projects
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to achieve defined operational targets.
- Support fellow project leaders in executing their improvement initiatives.
2. Plant Optimization & TPM
- Deploy and sustain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at the plant.
- Contribute to manpower optimization and establish manning standards.
3. Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing
- Capture, document, and share best practices within the plant.
- Clone and replicate successful projects across Lupin’s plants globally.
4. Training & Team Development
- Deliver local training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence.
- Mentor team members to build capability and foster a culture of improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with multiple teams to identify opportunities for process excellence.
- Ensure alignment between local initiatives and Lupin’s broader organizational strategy.
