We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to join our remote customer support team.

As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving account-related issues, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring every customer receives accurate, timely, and professional support.

You will work closely with customer service, operations, and product teams to investigate issues, provide solutions, escalate complex cases when necessary, and help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in customer service, email support, live chat, help desk, technical support, or a related customer-facing role.
