About the Role
R-Cubed Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Consultant to lead and support enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives using Oracle Cloud SCM technologies.
This position is ideal for professionals who combine deep supply chain expertise with strong Oracle Cloud implementation experience. You will work directly with clients to analyze business processes, design scalable solutions, configure Oracle applications, and guide organizations through successful digital transformation projects.
The role offers the opportunity to work on complex implementations across multiple industries while collaborating with business leaders, project teams, and technical specialists to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle SCM Implementations
- Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from planning and design through deployment and post-launch support.
- Configure Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications based on business requirements.
- Support testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and production readiness.
Supply Chain Transformation
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Perform fit-gap assessments and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Design future-state supply chain processes aligned with organizational goals.
Oracle Cloud SCM Expertise
Work with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules, including:
- Demand Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Supply Chain Collaboration
- Inventory Management
- Asset Management and Maintenance
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with executives, project sponsors, and operational teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate decision-making sessions and guide stakeholders through complex implementation challenges.
- Build trusted client relationships throughout project engagements.
Documentation & Training
- Create functional specifications and business process documentation.
- Develop training materials and user guides.
- Support organizational change management initiatives and end-user adoption programs.
- Deliver workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
Solution Design & Integration
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration strategies, reporting requirements, and system architecture.
- Ensure Oracle SCM solutions align with broader enterprise technology environments.
- Support reporting and compliance requirements as part of implementation projects.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices.
- Share knowledge across project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on Oracle product capabilities and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects.
- Strong background in supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Ability to independently lead workstreams and manage project deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
- Experience configuring and testing Oracle Supply Chain solutions.
- Understanding of supply chain integrations, reporting requirements, and process dependencies.
- Experience mapping legacy processes to Oracle Cloud environments.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations and best practices.
