About the Role

Guest Services is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong analytical skills with creativity and enjoys using data, technology, and content to drive measurable business results.

The successful candidate will oversee paid advertising campaigns, search visibility initiatives, marketing analytics, content development, and AI-powered optimization strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the company’s digital marketing future while working in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business performance.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand digital reach and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and optimize marketing initiatives to improve results.

Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across search, social media, display advertising, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize spending to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders when necessary.
  • Explore and scale new advertising channels through structured testing and performance analysis.

Search Visibility & AI Search Optimization

  • Lead search optimization efforts across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
  • Improve visibility through SEO best practices, structured content strategies, and search-focused optimization techniques.
  • Enhance discoverability in featured search results, answer engines, and AI-generated responses.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, schema markup, and authority signals to improve search performance.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track marketing performance across all channels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Analyze campaign results, audience behavior, conversion data, and website performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support business growth.

Content Development & Communications

  • Create engaging content for newsletters, announcements, blogs, campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Manage editorial calendars and coordinate content production across departments.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and marketing campaigns through compelling content creation.

AI-Powered Marketing Innovation

  • Utilize AI tools to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, content creation, workflow efficiency, and marketing automation.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve marketing operations.
  • Implement innovative solutions that support scalable growth.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimization strategies.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Search Console
    • SEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Experience using creative and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of modern search optimization practices and AI-driven search experiences.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated with a strong test-and-learn mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates may stand out if they have:

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, recreation, or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Experience implementing AI tools within marketing workflows.
  • Background in content marketing and editorial planning.
  • Experience supporting business development and thought leadership initiatives.
