As the company continues expanding into affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, online marketplaces, and digital commerce channels, Bottle Nexus is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing & Brand Partnerships Manager to help accelerate growth and strengthen relationships across its expanding network.
About the Role
Bottle Nexus is looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Affiliate Marketing & Brand Partnerships Manager to oversee brand partnerships, affiliate relationships, and eCommerce growth initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of alcohol brands and affiliate partners while helping drive online sales, partnership programs, marketing initiatives, and platform adoption.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of digital marketing, account management, eCommerce, SaaS technology, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of approximately 100 brand partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for account strategy, program development, and sales growth initiatives.
- Support brands in maximizing eCommerce performance through Bottle Nexus solutions.
- Build long-term relationships that increase engagement, retention, and revenue.
Affiliate Partnership Development
- Manage and expand relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, content creators, publishers, and specialty communities.
- Coordinate product sourcing, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Help affiliates optimize online storefronts and drive customer engagement.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that generate additional revenue channels.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Develop collaboration opportunities across Bottle Nexus products and services.
- Support the growth of affiliate storefronts, digital marketplaces, and emerging commerce channels.
- Identify innovative marketing strategies that create value for both brands and affiliates.
- Assist in building scalable partnership programs that support company growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Help improve processes and workflows as the company continues to scale.
Industry Representation
- Represent Bottle Nexus in meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner discussions.
- Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the alcohol beverage ecosystem.
- Promote Bottle Nexus solutions while strengthening industry partnerships.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, project management, marketing, partnerships, or client success.
- Experience working within SaaS, technology, eCommerce, or digital platform businesses.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, affiliate programs, and online customer acquisition.
- Ability to analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Professional Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
