About the Role
Ventra Health is seeking an experienced Director of Client Success to lead client relationship management initiatives and oversee a team responsible for delivering exceptional service to healthcare clients nationwide.
This leadership role focuses on client retention, operational performance, revenue cycle optimization, and strategic relationship management. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments and executive leadership to ensure clients receive outstanding support while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term success.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong healthcare revenue cycle management experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare clients.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues.
- Support strategic initiatives designed to strengthen client partnerships.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support Client Success Managers and related team members.
- Establish performance expectations and promote accountability.
- Foster a culture focused on service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to assess client health and operational performance.
- Analyze revenue cycle trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and executive-level updates.
- Monitor client outcomes and ensure service delivery standards are maintained.
Revenue Cycle Optimization
- Identify operational challenges affecting client performance.
- Partner with operations, business services, and leadership teams to develop solutions.
- Support initiatives that improve reimbursement, billing efficiency, and revenue cycle performance.
- Drive process improvements that enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Client Implementations & Growth
- Assist with onboarding new clients and expansion initiatives.
- Support implementation teams during project launches and transitions.
- Ensure successful adoption of services and operational workflows.
- Help clients maximize value from Ventra Health solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and company policies.
- Support compliance initiatives across assigned teams.
- Monitor quality standards and operational controls.
- Promote best practices related to healthcare data security and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, client success, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams and managing client-facing relationships.
- Strong background in healthcare operations and financial performance management.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of medical billing and healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
- Experience using workflow management systems, reporting platforms, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
