💼 About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for healthcare customers, helping ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization from Reveleer’s solutions.
You will work closely with healthcare clients, internal product teams, engineers, analysts, and leadership stakeholders to support onboarding, project delivery, customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy healthcare technology, customer advocacy, strategic relationship management, and solving complex operational challenges.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption initiatives
- Coordinate customer projects and success plans
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Identify and mitigate customer risks proactively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and escalations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams
- Track customer feedback and support continuous improvement efforts
- Advocate for customer needs and business objectives internally
✅ Requirements & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Customer Success
- Project Management
- Consulting
- Client Relationship Management
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Strong understanding of value-based care initiatives
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of risk adjustment programs and healthcare analytics
- Experience with healthcare providers, payers, or health technology organizations
