About the Role
Intapp is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant with strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience to support implementation projects for its Collaboration platform.
This role combines client-facing consulting, technical configuration, solution design, data analysis, training, and system integration work. You will help customers deploy Intapp Collaboration software within their Microsoft 365 environments while ensuring the solution supports their business needs.
The position is ideal for an experienced technical consultant or analyst who understands SharePoint administration, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Azure, M365 Admin Center, and professional services delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation
- Implement and configure Intapp Collaboration software within customer Microsoft 365 environments
- Support SharePoint-based solution setup, testing, and validation
- Coordinate M365-related tasks such as Active Directory group creation and data integration support
- Confirm software functionality and resolve configuration issues during implementation
- Support client-side software deployment activities when required
Client Requirements & Consulting
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and refine business requirements
- Document customer needs, workflows, and solution expectations
- Translate business requirements into practical technical configurations
- Demonstrate configured solutions to customers and collect feedback
- Help clients understand how the platform supports their collaboration and business goals
Systems Integration
- Support integrations between Intapp Collaboration software and customer line-of-business systems
- Work with existing integration tools to connect data and workflows
- Understand how business requirements relate to data structures and system behavior
- Help customers and internal teams align technical delivery with business outcomes
Project Delivery Support
- Work with Intapp project managers to manage issues, timelines, and project expectations
- Support user acceptance testing and training activities
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage tasks across multiple client projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent client service quality
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and deliver technical training for customers
- Support customer adoption through clear documentation and guidance
- Share product knowledge with clients and internal stakeholders
- Help users understand system functionality, configuration options, and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience working in a technical role
- 5+ years of experience as a software consultant, technical consultant, technical analyst, or similar role
- Strong SharePoint administration experience
- Experience implementing SharePoint-based solutions in client-facing environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Azure and M365 Admin Center
- Some experience with automation using Microsoft technologies such as PowerShell or Power Automate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects at the same time
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Power Automate workflows
- Experience deploying client-side software
- Background in legal, professional services, financial services, or public sector software delivery
- Experience working for a consultancy or third-party implementation partner
- Strong understanding of business data, integrations, and workflow requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a shared project team
