About the Role
Bright Vision Technologies is hiring an experienced Solutions Architect to design and guide enterprise-level application architectures across cloud platforms, integration systems, data environments, security requirements, and large business application portfolios.
This role is ideal for a senior technology professional who can translate business goals into practical architecture designs. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, engineering leaders, and security teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
The position requires a strong mix of hands-on technical depth, architecture leadership, communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end architectures covering application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs
- Create reference architectures, target-state models, and reusable technical patterns
- Ensure designs align with enterprise architecture principles and long-term roadmap goals
- Support modernization, re-platforming, and cloud migration initiatives
Cloud & Integration Strategy
- Architect solutions across SaaS, on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
- Design integration approaches using APIs, event-driven architecture, API gateways, and managed integration platforms
- Evaluate technical trade-offs related to cost, performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability
- Guide teams on integration patterns and platform selection
- Support proof-of-concept work to validate important architecture decisions
Architecture Governance
- Lead architecture reviews and assess solution designs against enterprise standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce technical debt and improve delivery consistency
- Establish technology selection guidelines, architecture principles, and reusable frameworks
- Maintain high-quality architecture documentation and decision records
- Help standardize application portfolios and reduce operational complexity
Security, Compliance & Data Governance
- Partner with security architects to include identity, access, data protection, and compliance controls early in the design process
- Ensure solutions support audit, regulatory, and data governance requirements
- Review system designs for security, resilience, and operational risk
- Promote architecture practices that support secure and compliant enterprise delivery
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work with business leaders, product owners, vendors, engineering teams, and platform partners
- Present architecture recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Mentor engineering teams during delivery and implementation
- Track emerging technologies and recommend investments that align with business priorities
- Help teams make informed decisions that balance speed, quality, cost, and long-term sustainability
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology roles
- Experience designing enterprise applications across at least two major cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and event-driven architecture
- Deep experience with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday
- Working knowledge of identity management, enterprise security, and data governance frameworks
- Ability to produce architecture artifacts such as context diagrams, component models, sequence diagrams, and decision records
- Experience leading architecture review boards or influencing engineering direction across teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization trade-offs
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture certification
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or HCM transformation programs
