Role Overview
The Senior Associate – Finance & Business Administration Support serves within the Corporate Financial Management team, providing operational and administrative support to executive leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating activities within the Senior Vice President’s administrative portfolio while ensuring alignment across key initiatives and operational priorities.
In addition to supporting executive calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting, the individual manages a portfolio of project work and contributes to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and training efforts. Through organization, analysis, and coordination, the Senior Associate enhances efficiency and enables leadership effectiveness.
Core Areas of Responsibility
Operational Planning & Reporting
The role involves organizing, documenting, and tracking operational data, including budgets, project progress, team initiatives, and program metrics. By monitoring performance indicators and reporting findings, the Senior Associate supports informed decision-making and improved operational outcomes.
Executive & Administrative Coordination
The individual manages calendars and travel arrangements for four officers while ensuring that executive priorities are well supported. By optimizing scheduling and administrative workflows, the role enables effective use of leadership time.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
Through business data analysis, the Senior Associate addresses moderately complex challenges and develops recommendations to improve team performance and operational efficiency. Moreover, the role supports the planning and execution of new initiatives by tracking deadlines, organizing stakeholder meetings, and coordinating communications.
Systems & Documentation Management
The position also focuses on strengthening operational infrastructure. This includes developing improved methods for organizing, maintaining, and accessing documentation related to policies, tools, and best practices. As a result, the team benefits from enhanced clarity and streamlined workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $103,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.

Work Location & Flexibility
