Internship Overview
This internship offers students the opportunity to contribute to the series support of conventional drivetrain technology, specifically focusing on dual-clutch transmissions for Audi. Interns will gain hands-on experience while supporting the development and testing of proven transmission systems, combining practical learning with academic growth.
Key Area of Impact
- Expand evaluation of load and temperature profiles for dual-clutch transmissions using MATLAB.
- Systematically analyze profiles of various vehicle-engine-transmission configurations.
- Derive limit profiles for mechanical and thermal loads
- Coordinate results with responsible team members
- Document work results and contribute to team knowledge
Best Candidate Profile
Education Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (minimum 89 credit points) in engineering or a comparable field
- Demonstrated good to excellent academic performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in drivetrain technology and basic knowledge of transmission systems
- Experience with MATLAB and programming
- High initiative, excellent communication skills, and teamwork orientation
- Solution-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving
