Key Responsibilities

A Day in This Role

The supervisor starts the day by reviewing schedules and reallocating staff for priority tasks. They meet with other section leads to coordinate shared work. Throughout the day, they inspect ongoing repairs, provide direction, and resolve technical concerns. They complete evaluations and training needs. They also prepare the team for readiness checks that support statewide missions.
