Key Responsibilities: Driving Innovation in Biomanufacturing
As a Project Engineer at PerkinElmer, you’ll play a crucial role in the engineering lifecycle of biomanufacturing projects. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Technical Execution:
- Support site strategy by executing critical tasks such as CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) protocols.
- Author technical documents, including SOPs, testing protocols, and compliance reports to meet FDA and GMP standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and compliance.
✅ Client & Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Validation, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
✅ Professional Growth & Leadership:
- Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead in biomanufacturing and regulatory trends.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your expertise.
- Develop servant leadership skills, fostering a People First culture within the team.
✅ Operational Excellence:
- Maintain 100% billability by efficiently managing project tasks.
- Utilize Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and project management tools to track progress.
Who Should Apply?
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience in CQV, cGMP, or project management).
- 0-1 years of experience in consulting or engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply!).
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% (as needed for project demands).
- COVID-19 vaccination (with medical/religious exemptions considered).
