The Role:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and support of cutting-edge technologies within the EMEA region. You will be responsible for:

  • Rolling out and supporting new technical solutions
  • Configuring and setting up equipment on-site
  • Providing training to local teams
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Managing technical pilots
  • Conducting technical audits

Your Profile:

  • Technician with experience in Surfacing, Edging, Support, or Engineering
  • Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
  • Comfortable with technical and mechanical concepts
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of standard Office package
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the EMEA region
