Bank of Montreal is seeking a strategic and driven Senior Manager, Talent Technology to spearhead the evolution of its talent acquisition technology. This role is 100% remote.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Manager, Talent Technology, you will:
- Lead the charge: Develop and implement the talent technology roadmap, aligning it with BMO’s overarching talent strategy.
- Be a visionary: Provide thought leadership, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the HR tech space.
- Drive strategic decisions: Analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Build strong relationships: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Deliver impactful projects: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Mentor and develop: Guide and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in talent technology, HR technology, or a related field.
- A post-secondary degree in a relevant field of study.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and HR technologies (Workday, Phenom People).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for driving change and innovation in the talent acquisition space.
