Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Associate Consultant will:

Handle inbound customer calls, assisting with installations, disconnections, and service changes.
Build customer trust and loyalty through attentive listening and product knowledge.
Identify needs and recommend Verizon products/services to achieve monthly sales goals.
Resolve inquiries related to service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policies.
Ensure service orders are accurate and complete.
Manage overdue bill collections through effective negotiation.
