This opportunity allows candidates to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid capacity, supporting clients across multiple U.S. states, including Florida, Connecticut, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.

A Role Designed for Customer-Focused Sales Professionals
The Inbound Sales Center Agent position focuses on helping individuals and families secure reliable auto and home insurance coverage. Agents handle inbound calls, assess risks, present coverage options, and confidently close sales while maintaining The Hartford’s reputation for integrity and excellence.
Work Model and Training Details
This is a full-time position offering flexibility and structured training.
Work Options:
- Remote Type: 100% Remote or Hybrid
- Hybrid Locations: Hartford, CT, and San Antonio, TX (3 office days per week: Tuesday–Thursday)
- Remote Team Members: May occasionally visit an office based on business needs
Training Schedule:
- Start Date: January 12, 2026
- Duration: 14 weeks (ends around 17 April 2026)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6 PM Eastern
- Post-Training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8 PM local time; every other Sunday, 9:30 AM–6 PM Eastern (with Thursday off that week)
Note: Time off during training is not permitted.
Compensation and Incentives
The Hartford rewards excellence with competitive pay and meaningful performance bonuses.
- Hourly Rate: $23.00
- Annual Base Pay Range: $42,800–$64,200
- Average Monthly Incentive: $500+ (Top performers exceed $2,000)
- Shift Differential: Up to 10% post-training
- Bilingual Bonus: Available for Spanish-English agents post-certification

Licensing & Training Support
This position is open to candidates without a Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer’s License.
- Paid Pre-Licensing Training is available for most states.
- Independent Licensing Required in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina (must obtain license before employment).

Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of sales experience (Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred).
- Comfort handling 30–40 inbound calls per day.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Technical setup: Reliable broadband internet (100MB download / 10MB upload) and hard-wired connection to The Hartford’s system.
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment.
