Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Driving Sales & Customer Relationships

  • Represents Coach with professionalism, acting as a trusted fashion advisor.
  • Understands store objectives and develops strategies to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • Engages customers with personalized service, tailoring approaches based on individual needs.
  • Leverages clienteling tools and follow-up strategies to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Cross-sells and upsells by sharing in-depth product knowledge, trends, and style insights.

Maintaining Store Standards & Operations

  • Ensures visual merchandising and sales floor standards align with Coach guidelines.
  • Supports daily operational tasks such as replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
  • Handles cash wrap duties, including purchases, returns, and exchanges, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintains a clean, welcoming, and brand-aligned environment at all times.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Contributes to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere by promoting trust, cooperation, and shared goals.

Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of prior retail sales experience, ideally in luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor brands is strongly valued.

Technical & Physical Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile devices, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly (and up to 50 pounds occasionally).
  • Comfortable with standing, bending, and maneuvering in a busy retail environment.
  • Availability for peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
