Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Administration Manager – Export, your role will include:
✅ Export Order Management – Ensuring accurate order processing, compliance with contracts, and proactive customer communication.
✅ Logistics Coordination – Working with freight forwarders, managing shipping documents, and overseeing customs compliance.
✅ Billing & Compliance – Preparing invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring adherence to tax and export regulations.
✅ Process Optimization – Contributing to continuous improvement in sales administration and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Business, Logistics, or International Trade.
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in export sales administration, preferably in an industrial setting.
✔ Skills: Strong organizational abilities, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), and fluency in English.
