Job Description:

As a Personal Care Category Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the category strategy, managing the product portfolio, and driving profitable growth for Nahdi Medical Company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the category strategy in line with the division’s strategic goals.
• Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches and SKU management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and anticipate future trends to identify new opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and tasks to drive business growth.
• Manage product display and planogram in collaboration with space planning and marketing teams.
• Develop and execute consumer communication strategies and promotional activities.
• Drive in-store activities and ensure proper execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in retail, with a focus on personal care.
• Strong understanding of category management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
